A stingy planter gets a stingy crop; a lavish planter gets a lavish crop. I want each of you to take plenty of time to think it over, and make up your own mind what you will give … God loves it when the giver delights in the giving. God can pour on the blessings in astonishing ways so that you’re ready for anything and everything, more than just ready to do what needs to be done.”
LAVISH PLANTER = LAVISH CROP That is as simple to understand as it gets. If we are “stingy” in our sowing, we will reap a “stingy” crop; if we are “lavish” in our sowing, we will reap a “lavish” crop. To enjoy the good life and walk with God’s best operating in our lives and the lives of our family, we must be generous in our giving, not only of our finances, but also with our time, talents, gifting and abilities.
The more we honor Christ, the more He honors, blesses and promotes us with favor and earthly blessings. He not only gives us what we need, but He will bless us with the desires of our heart. We can never out give God. He longs to lavish blessing after blessing on His children. His Word says He will withhold no good thing from us. There is nothing stingy about our Father!
